Duties, Skills & Experience:
Development, designing & implementation of internet marketing plans/strategies especially related to search engine optimization (SEO).
Proven track record of increasing traffic, revenue, profit, client acquisition, and brand awareness through SEO.
Analyze, review & develop website traffic metrics, ROI, and PPC & other campaign performances.
SEO optimization of the website, including analyzing current web page designs and code and working with the design and development teams to implement recommended changes.
Present strategy, progress and results reports on an ongoing basis
Monitor and report on search engine rankings and their impact on sales and visitors.
Working with the marketing team on content optimization and development
Updating SEO best practices documents and training teams on using them in their work.
Keeping up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, changes, and competitor activity
A minimum of 5 years full time SEO experience for a medium to large size company.
Knowledge of white hat SEO methods and best practices.
Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/methods
Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it effects SEO
Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings.
General understanding of HTML and the Internet required, however, this position is not a Web development role.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
