Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.

Overall Purpose
To manage the entire infrastructure, product lifecycle management, network optimization and capacity control of the Customer network / solution from a IN/VAS planning and engineering perspective, according to contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy, ensuring the cost-effectiveness and technical performance of the complete solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Ultimate responsible, as a demand organization, for all planning, design and engineering activities to be performed according to the service contracts for the specific customer.
Responsible for translating the contractual technical requirements to the SIP delivery units (NRO, CSI, PDC) and for validating and approving all activities performed by those units under the scope of the contract.
Responsible for the end-to-end technical solutions to meet contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy, including NOC infrastructure and product design.
Responsible for the short and long term network evolution plan, analyzing the impacts of network growth and new functionalities introduction, and CAPEX planning.
Responsible for the network / solution dimensioning in each technical domain (IN, VAS, etc).
Responsible for Capacity Management based on network inventory and traffic reports.
Responsible for SLA/KPI analysis) of customer network / solution.
Responsible for impact evaluation of any network addition, move or change of systems, applications, services & products on the live network.
Ensure that the implemented solution is performed as expected and that it is satisfying the requirements.
Responsible for the cost-effectiveness of the technical solution, by considering the initial implementation costs and the running operational costs.
Qualifications
Competence
University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
At least 3-4 years managerial experience in telecoms, particularly in a planning and design strategy environment
Senior subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding
Deep knowledge of customer network and infrastructure will be a key advantage
