Lead consultants shall lead ITIL and ISO 20000 implementation projects, and deliver ITIL v3 trainings in Pakistan and abroad.Location / PositionTwo positions; one based in Karachi, and another based in IslamabadRequirements
At least 16 years of formal education in IT, Masters level education will be highly preferred
6 to 12 years of experience of managing IT services with good organization(s)
Certified ITIL v3 Intermediate, or ITIL v3 Service Manager
Experience of re-engineering or improving business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Must be able to develop and deliver trainings
Must possess very good project management skills
Confident and self-motivated
Responsible and go-getter attitude
